The Priory Wedding - Siobhan & Russel

Siobhan & Russel were a last minute wedding booking in 2021. On my birthday, 20th August!

Their original plans squashed by covid restrictions, they changed up their day and got married in Newport registry office (outside) and then an evening party do in The Priory in Newport. They had a handful of people for the ceremony and wedding breakfast, then they took over the outside space for the night, as guests kept appearing throughout the evening.

From changing into a second dress, matching louboutin shoes, sneaking in chocolate digestives, and pizza! It couldn’t be more perfect.

All the tiny details were thought through despite the last minute change up of plans and it was relaxed, fun and full of energy!

Treberfydd House Wedding - Jusyna & Callum

Had the honor of capturing Jusyna & Callum’s beautifully personal day at Treberfydd House in the Brecon Beacons in autumn 2021.

They honestly made me feel like a part of the family, being a day with their only their closest people. It was relaxed and fun. They also had the best weather with the most amazing sunset!

Summer Sunset Photo Shoot with Emily & Jake

Carrying on with the importance of pre wedding photo shoots, and practising for your big day! We were so lucky with this absolutely fabulous sunset down Southerndown Beach.

Getting Emily and Jake warmed up for their wedding last year and they smiled through this entire photo shoot and their wedding. The pre shoots are also good for me so I can see what you are like in front of the camera and I know what I’m working with ready for your special day.

Every pre shoot is different and I go with the flow on how comfortable you both are.

But guaranteed you’ll get beautiful images at the end!

That sunset though! dam…

Autumnal Photo Shoot with Alex & Tom

When you book a full day wedding with me, I include a pre-wedding photo shoot. These are so so SO important!

I get to see what you guys are like in front of the camera and you get to see what I’m like behind the camera. I call it a “training day for your wedding day”! You get used to me, become more comfortable with me, and if you have never had professional photos done before, it helps!

Also having someone take photos of you as you go around on a dog walk can be REALLY weird and I want to make it feel completely normal to you.

I want you to smile, laugh, have fun and pose your butt off! We go wherever you want to go, bring the kids or the doggies and lets get you some beautiful photos!

Alex & Tom rocked their pre-wedding photo shoot! They asked if I could simply join them on a dog walk. As their wedding was all about their fluffy babies, it made sense! It was a drizzly horrible day, but nothing we didn’t mind tromping through. I was advised by Alex to wear wellies…

And what a location! The walk had no name (that we knew of…) and was hidden away from everyone. As we walked deeper and deeper into this magical forest, it opened up into a mass of orange and reds! It was outstanding and I think the photos show it.

If you’re a fan of autumn, then these are the pictures for you.

Tom & Lowri's Wedding at Llanerch Vineyard

July 2019 was a very hot month, and this particular wedding day was no exception.

Reaching highs of 31 degrees, the hottest wedding I’ve done yet! But Tom & Lowri breezed through the day!

Here is a favourite collection from the beautiful day. Celebrating with their two lovely babies, friends and family, they were all a joy to be around.

I loved photographing all the little details at this Welsh wedding. Along with the stunning vineyard setting, they have a woodland walk and a pond to take the bride & groom. The sunset is always perfect amongst the vines and the gorgeously decorated marquee completes the whole album.

A perfect day! I’m glad the cake didn’t melt….
